Join Department of Conservation ranger Robert Carson-Iles for an insightful evening for his talk on long-tailed bats in South Canterbury.

Learn about the man-made roosting boxes that have been constructed to boost the roosting habitats of the tiny endangered pekapeka-tou-roa (native long-tailed) bats.

Supper will be provided at 6pm, followed by the talk at 7.30pm.
