The Waimate Scottish Society are holding their 60th Burns night concert at 7.30pm in the Waimate High School Perry Hall on Paul Street, Waimate.

 

The evening is a celebration Robert Burns life and works being born in Alloway, Ayr Scotland on the 25th January 1759

 

Our evening is holding an excellent variety concert with supper included

Highlights being the address (Immortal memory) to Robert Burns, the song Star of Robbie Burns and the address to the haggis

 

Admission Adults $15 children free

Come and enjoy a great evening and try a piece of haggis with your supper
